Released in October 2025, Battlefield 6 (often simply titled Battlefield) brings the franchise back to its roots with a gritty, modern-day setting centered on a global conflict between NATO and a private military titan known as Pax Armata. The game features a full single-player campaign following the elite “Dagger 13” Marine Raiders, but its heart remains the massive multiplayer experience. This installment reintroduces the classic four-class system—Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon—while debuting the “Kinesthetic Combat System,” which adds tactical depth through refined movement, leaning around cover, and the ability to drag fallen teammates to safety.
