EA SPORTS FIFA 23
EA SPORTS FIFA 23 stands as a historic milestone in the franchise, serving as the 30th and final installment under the 29-year partnership between EA and FIFA. This edition introduced the groundbreaking HyperMotion2 technology, which used machine learning and millions of frames of real-match capture to generate over 6,000 true-to-life animations, making player movement, dribbling, and physics more responsive than ever before. It was a year of “firsts,” featuring the debut of Women’s Club Football with the Barclays WSL and Division 1 Arkema, and it remains the only title to include both the Men’s and Women’s FIFA World Cup modes in a single game cycle. With the introduction of the “AcceleRATE” system (classifying players as Explosive, Controlled, or Lengthy) and a completely overhauled Chemistry system in Ultimate Team, it offered a deep and varied tactical experience. While its successor, EA SPORTS FC, has since taken over the mantle, FIFA 23 is fondly remembered as the ultimate celebration of the “FIFA” era.
PC System Requirements (2026 Update)
While the official online servers for Ultimate Team and Seasons were scheduled to sunset in late 2025, the game remains fully playable offline. It was the first PC version to match the “next-gen” consoles (PS5/Xbox Series X) in terms of features and graphics.
