You play as Dragos, a man turned into a vampire against his will, who must survive in the gothic, medieval land of Sangavia. The gameplay uniquely blends high-stakes survival with deep castle-building and clan management. You must feed on humans and animals to fuel your “Castle Core,” which unlocks new regions and powers, while managing a growing following of thralls to automate crafting and defense. Whether playing solo or in 4-player co-op, you can shapeshift into a bat to traverse the skies and must navigate a choice-heavy narrative as you decide to rule with terror or become a more benevolent protector.
