Football Manager 26
Released on November 4, 2025, Football Manager 26 represents the most significant technological leap in the series’ history. This is the first entry powered by the Unity engine, moving away from the aging internal engine used for decades. The transition has brought a complete graphical overhaul, more realistic volumetric animations, and a redesigned “tile-based” user interface.
The headline feature for this year is the full integration of Women’s Football, which exists within the same ecosystem as the men’s game, allowing you to move between managing male and female squads in a single save. Additionally, the game finally boasts a full Premier League license, meaning all 20 clubs feature official kits, badges, and player faces out of the box.
