Released on September 25, 2025, EA SPORTS FC 26 is the third installment since the series rebranded from the FIFA name. This entry focuses heavily on player individuality through the new Archetypes system in Clubs and Player Career, allowing you to develop specific classes inspired by legendary players (e.g., “The Playmaker” or “The Finisher”). One of the biggest additions is the Gameplay Presets toggle: you can choose “Authentic” for a more realistic, positionally-responsible simulation in Career Mode, or “Competitive” for a faster, more direct experience in Ultimate Team and Clubs.
